Very private and quiet neighborhood. The home sits on nearly 30 acres of undisturbed woodlands with a large pond. You cannot see any neighboring houses from inside or outside of the house. You may see some wildlife during your stay!

Good to know
Pulling into the property you are greeted with views of the large pond as you near the home. Entering through the covered porch, find yourself in a large mudroom where you can store all your gear, a few benches for ease of coming & going, and a 1/2 bathroom. Off this space, you are welcomed into the kitchen, dining, and living space that overlook the pond. The living room doors open to the back yard where you can enjoy the scenery and views of the wildlife that visit the pond from the adirondack chairs. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee for your use, to create a home cooked meal, or enjoy one of Morrisville or Stowe’s best restaurants just a short drive from the house. On the second floor, to the left, you will find a large primary suite with a queen bed, nightstands with lamps, and a closet for your items. The second bedroom on this floor includes two full-sized beds with a nightstand, wall sconces for reading, a dresser, and a large guest closet. Between both bedrooms is a tiled bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and a glass shower stall. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, cotton balls, make up remover and flossers for guest use. Both bedrooms and the bathroom offer views of the pond and the green mountains and are equipped with cooling/heating units on the ceiling for your comfort. Our kitchen is equipped with the following for your use; spice rack, k-cup coffee, creamer, sugar, oil, pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, a gas stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge and paper towels complete this space. Our bathroom is equipped with the following for your use; extra toilet paper, towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, make up remover wipes, cotton balls, q-tips, flossers, make-up wash cloths, and hand soap. Our bedrooms have full clean linen sets, pillows and extra pillows for your comfort. The property is on a drilled well water source and private septic system. The water is tested regularly for consumption. There is a brita filer in the fridge should you choose to drink the water. Guests are welcome to bring bottled water on their way in. Please do not flush any items other than toilet paper and human waste down the toilet and no grease down the kitchen sink. Please note that the wood stove in the house is not for guest use.
