First stepping inside you will find a bench and hooks for your jackets, ample space for all gear to be stored here and a 1/2 bathroom. To your left you will find the fully renovated kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The large sink & counter space over looks the babbling brook on the property! A custom built in dining area at the end of the kitchen seats 6 comfortably. Turning into the living room space, you have a smart TV, couch and two chairs to enjoy views of the Mountain or a movie. This space has a heating and cooling wall unit for your comfort. On the second floor, you are greeted with the king bedroom to your right, full bedroom to your left, queen bedroom straight ahead and a hybrid room with a futon! The full bathroom is to your right, with a window on the ceiling for natural sunlight. Bring your hiking boots in the warmer months and snowshoes/cross country skis when there is snow, to explore the property! SNOWMOBILERS & MOUNTAIN BIKERS and FLY FISHERS this is your calling! Less than 1 mile from the vast trail, you can park your trailers here & ride down Back Road to cross right onto the trail head. Plenty of space for 2 trailers & 2 trucks to park! Some of the best fly fishing along the Lamoille River that follows Back Road, the road this property sits on. -Feet from Lamoille River for Fly Fishing -Less than 1 mile from the VAST trail head (Snowmobilers & Mountain Bikers take note!) -25 minutes to Smugglers Notch Ski Resort -15 minutes to Jeffersonville (grocery & dining) -35 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort -40 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort -45 minutes to downtown Stowe shops/dining/breweries -70 minutes to Burlington, "Church Street Marketplace" -60 minutes to St.Albans (dining & local shops) -50 minutes to Waterbury "Cold Hollow Cider Mill" and the famous Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory! Other Details to Note
Please note that this property is out of cell phone reception. There is GREAT starlink internet here so you should have no issues with gaining reception once connected to the wifi. Shall you need reception, you can get it at the end of Back Road, towards Waterville. Pull out of the driveway, and take a right, following the dirt road until you reach black top. Most providers (AT&T and Verizon) gain reception here. It is recommended that during the winter (Dec-March) and spring (April) months you have a vehicle with AWD or winter tires to access this property.
